Once you have requested a withdrawal on the site, it will show as Pending. We aim to process your withdrawal within 24 hours. After it is processed, the clearing timescales depend upon your chosen method of withdrawal.
- ACH: These take 3 to 5 working days for the bank to process the funds into the bank account
- Check: Checks are no available as an option on our withdrawal page. They can only be requested via contact to our customer service department by live chat, email or phone. Processing times for checks can take up to two weeks/10 business days, and receipt can take an additional 7 to 10 business days. We recommend to choose ACH as your preferred withdrawal option, as it will be a quicker withdrawal experience for you. For more information on ACH withdrawal, click here.
- Cage: For withdrawals via the Cage, you will receive the money as Cash almost instantly.
You can keep track of your withdrawals on the History page of the My Account section of the site, by clicking on Menu. They will show as Successful once they have left our systems.
We will let you know via email once the money has been sent out, or if there is anything that we need before withdrawals can be processed.
