Sending your documents is a very simple process. You can either take a photo of your documents using a digital camera or smart phone, or you can scan them electronically. Alternatively, if you are required to verify your bank account and have online banking, you can take a screenshot to show the required information.

You can then upload the documents to your computer and attach the images to an email to us at the address: email@example.com
Alternatively you may also want to transfer your document images using Live Chat. You can access Live Chat to the right of this page. Please make sure that your images are as clear as possible as we need to see all the writing. Make sure they are not too big as our system cannot accept emails larger than 10MB.To decrease size, try saving your file as a .jpeg, or in a word/works document as a .doc or .docx.
